Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, after quitting gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness shows when she was 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. A year later, at the age of 17, she won her pro card. She was one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel was able to take six years off the stage in order to complete her education at college. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous competitions, including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance and set herself new goals each year. In 2009 she had won four fitness awards. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel spent her first six years in competition to get her college degree. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut occurred in the Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. She came in third at the competition. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more proud of the result. This is not a surprise since Ariel was able to place well, considering that she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with the machine as well as bent-over rows. She will warm up prior to working on the sets. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her back exercises. It involves three or 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
