Simone Biles
Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born March 14th, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio U.S.A. at the 2016 Olympics at Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals in just one Games and was also the first gymnast to win three consecutive World All-around championships (2013-15). Biles was raised in Spring Texas, in the Houston metropolitan region. Both she and her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone was first introduced to gymnastics by her daycare instructor Aimee Borman as she was six years old. She was a student at Bannon's Gymnastix for 11 years. Biles achieved a medal of gold in the floor exercise as well as a bronze in vault at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010. Then she re-entered the elite level of gymnastics in the year 2011. She was the most dominant in her sport just two years later. What set Biles apart was her consistency her vibrant personality as well as the high degree of difficulty she introduced into her workout routines for all four events--vault uneven bars balance beam as well as floor exercise.
